Montblanc Temporary Sales Support Specialist

- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic standards.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.

Previous experience in retail sales, with a preference for experience in jewelry or high-end luxury product sales.
Expected hourly range: $21-$26. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
