1. Achieve individual sales objectives as set by the Sales Manager.
2. Develop and maintain a robust network and clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across various Montblanc collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clientele.
6. Acquire a working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store maintains its aesthetic quality.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
