- Achieve individual sales objectives as set by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain a robust network and clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across various Montblanc collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clientele.
- Acquire a working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Ensure the store maintains its aesthetic quality.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
