- Achieve individual sales objectives and targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust client network and clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Ensure the store maintains its aesthetic quality.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.

Prior experience in retail sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24, negotiable based on skills and experience.
