4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store maintains its aesthetic quality.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities.
6. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
