1. Achieve individual sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Montblanc's collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Acquire skills in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store's aesthetic quality is maintained.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
