Montblanc Temporary Sales Support Associate

- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Montblanc's collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire skills in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Ensure the store's aesthetic quality is maintained.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly with luxury products, is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
