1. Achieve individual sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store's aesthetic quality is upheld.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
6. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
