1. Lead and develop the Customs Trade Compliance team.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customs, international trade, or freight forwarding.
2. Proven leadership experience.
3. Expertise in change management.
4. Proficiency in data management and analysis.
5. Experience in project management.
6. Capability in strategy development.
7. Understanding of organizational structures.
8. Strong comprehension of business processes.
9. Fluency in both German and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
