Montblanc Supply Chain Trainee

- Ensure optimal product supply to stores to guarantee timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for boutiques regarding product availability inquiries.
- Oversee and manage firm orders from suppliers to final delivery at boutiques.
- Balance stock across boutiques to optimize product availability and assortment.
- Handle internal transfers, returns, and claims efficiently.
- Communicate supplier delivery delays to boutiques, the Marketing Department, and management.
- Monitor weekly automatic replenishment processes.
- Request stock and availability updates.
- Manage and update system data, including assortment, references, descriptions, prices, categories, and status.
- Analyze and track the evolution and volume of monthly deliveries and new product introductions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Previous experience in FMCG, luxury, or fast-paced environments is advantageous.
- Commercial orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and resilience during peak periods.
- Strong team player with a willingness to support and a curiosity to learn.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG, luxury, or fast-paced environments is considered a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
