1. Supervise demand, supply, and distribution planning, along with inventory management for Montblanc Korea.
2. Maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts by reviewing historical data and anticipating future demands.
3. Oversee inventory fulfillment for both novelty and continuity products, negotiating allocations with headquarters.
4. Execute inventory distribution across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, aligning with sales targets and merchandising strategies.
5. Rebalance stock between sales channels to maximize sales turnover and operational margins.
6. Manage inventory supply for brand and boutique events, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
7. Define key objectives for inventory levels, including total inventory value and stock month coverage.
8. Control inventory in and out to optimize business benefits and arrange return shipments for excess stock.
9. Maintain material master data in compliance with global and local standards.
10. Monitor shipment status of backorders and propose action plans to mitigate risks.
11. Supervise digitized online special sales and on-site events, ensuring quality and coordination.
12. Act as a SAP key user for the OTC and MDM modules.

2. Over 10 years of professional experience in demand and inventory planning within the retail or luxury industry

1. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
2. Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
