Montblanc Stock and Administration Coordinator

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of stock deliveries and replenishment, managing stock availability.
- Maintain permanent accuracy of stock in the boutique, leading cycle counts and stock takes.
- Organize back-of-house and on-the-floor stocks, ensuring impeccable conditions at all times.
- Manage stock transfers between boutiques and for commercial activities such as consignments and photo shoots.
- Organize stock returns, including faulty goods and outlet-approved pieces.
- Report stock discrepancies and provide explanations for stock losses.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to ensure optimal stock levels to support commercial objectives.
- Manage all after-sales stock movements, ensuring accuracy and proper record maintenance.
- Assist Boutique Management with key holding and accurate management of till operations.
- Maintain IT systems and reporting, supporting the sales team as needed.
- Coordinate boutique communication through email management in conjunction with the management team.
- Oversee secure opening and closing of the boutique.
- Follow up and manage all shipping documents, supporting the manager in formalizing and updating operating procedures.
- Provide administrative support for booking couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
- Support operations regarding supplies orders, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Support boutique sales through shop floor and remote selling, ensuring impeccable customer service.
- Promote the brand's CRM strategy and execute planned boutique activities.
- Solid experience in retail, ideally in a stock administrator role.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
