Montblanc Senior Wholesale Manager

- Develop and optimize wholesale strategies to achieve sales targets in Travel Retail and Corporate Gift sectors.
- Serve as a liaison between the brand and partners, including duty-free operators and corporate gift partners, to build strong partnerships and implement long-term plans.
- Manage Travel Retail sales, including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and execution, to meet targets.
- Collaborate with duty-free buyers and agencies to manage sell-in and sell-out targets and order management.
- Oversee Travel Retail distribution and network management, including store expansion, renovation, and optimization of sell-in/sell-out/stock balance.
- Set and monitor boutique KPIs with duty-free agents to drive sell-out and manage boutique operational issues.
- Prepare and manage Corporate Gift sales budgets and objectives, including strategy and action plans.
- Coach and develop team members, enhancing their competencies in wholesale operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 15 years of experience in Travel Retail, Wholesale, and/or Channel Sales (B2B).
- Experience working with premium brands in Fashion Accessories, Watches & Jewelry, or FMCG.
- Proficiency in English and Korean, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills.
Candidates must possess over 15 years of experience in Travel Retail, Wholesale, and/or Channel Sales, particularly within premium brands.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
