- Drive sales performance to achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, enhancing brand loyalty through Clienteling and CRM tools.
- Serve as the primary Visual Merchandising lead, coordinating with local Supply Chain, Merchandising, and VM teams to implement guidelines.
- Identify new launches, hero products, and stock movements to influence display and sales planning.
- Mentor and coach team members on Visual Merchandising standards, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Participate actively in boutique meetings, presenting updates, providing feedback, and proposing new ideas.
- Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that embody brand values and build a positive working environment.
- Assist in daily product and inventory management, ensuring boutique compliance.
- Proven track record in sales within a luxury retail environment.
- Experience in visual merchandising and retail operations.
- Strong clienteling and CRM skills.
- Leadership and team mentoring experience.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and retail operations efficiently.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales and visual merchandising.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
