1. Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Process sales transactions in compliance with established procedures using provided systems.
3. Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
4. Supervise weekly inventory counts and stock management, ensuring merchandise control and minimizing shrinkage.
5. Provide after-sales support, addressing client returns and inquiries to enhance brand image.
6. Manage cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
7. Expand the client database by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
8. Oversee team utilization of Meapp, The View App, and other self-learning tools.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of inventory management and sales processes.

3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a focus on client relationship management and inventory control.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
