- Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions in compliance with established procedures using provided systems.
- Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Supervise weekly inventory counts and stock management, ensuring merchandise control and minimizing shrinkage.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing client returns and inquiries to enhance brand image.
- Manage cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Expand the client database by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Oversee team utilization of Meapp, The View App, and other self-learning tools.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a focus on client relationship management and inventory control.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
