1. Drive sales performance to meet individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Act as third-in-command (3IC) in daily operations and decision-making during management absences.

5. Assist in daily product and inventory management, ensuring compliance with boutique standards.
