1. Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Process all sales transactions in compliance with established procedures.
3. Display merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines.
4. Supervise weekly cycle counts and stock takes, ensuring merchandise control and minimizing shrinkage.
5. Assist clients with returns and queries, enhancing brand image and meeting client expectations.
6. Handle cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
7. Build and maintain a client database, fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
8. Monitor team usage of Meapp, The View App, and other self-learning tools.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of inventory management and control.
3. Excellent client relationship management skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
