- Develop and implement tools and KPIs to optimize global store operations, fostering a data-driven performance culture.
- Serve as a business partner for commercial assessments of retail business cases, collaborating with HQ Finance and local management.
- Calculate, report, and set targets for various retail KPIs, conducting analyses across products, categories, and locations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create, coordinate, and communicate the 3-year retail network plan, ensuring regular follow-up with internal stakeholders.
- Manage global real estate commercial approvals and lease renewals, coordinating between market and Group stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of one Retail Performance Analyst, providing guidance and support.
- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A within a global organization, with knowledge of retail operations, ideally in luxury.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement KPIs and performance management systems.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Looker.
- Fluency in English.
8-10 years of experience in FP&A within a global organization, with mandatory knowledge of retail operations and ideally luxury.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
