Montblanc Senior Production Controller

- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements, coordinating closely with the accounting team.
- Develop forecasts, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for production and R&D areas, including monthly analyses and commentaries on production variances.
- Continuously enhance the internal reporting system to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate and support the annual budget planning for production and R&D, independently managing departmental plans (OPEX & CAPEX).
- Oversee the annual product cost calculation for the budget, focusing on cost-performance calculation and tariff determination.
- Maintain and integrate data to ensure consistency and quality across systems.
- Completed university degree with a focus on controlling or industrial engineering.
- Several years of experience in production controlling.
- Proficiency in SAP/R3 CO/FI/MM and experience with BI systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with initial experience in Power BI.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent teamwork, commitment, and assertiveness.
- Exceptional interdisciplinary communication skills.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
Several years of experience in production controlling, preferably within a luxury goods or manufacturing environment.
Completed university degree, preferably in controlling or industrial engineering.
