Montblanc Senior Manager - Retail Operations

- Develop, implement, and maintain boutique operating policies and procedures in collaboration with Loss Prevention and Finance departments.
- Oversee and participate in the scheduling and execution of store openings, closings, and relocations.
- Communicate company directives, policies, and procedures relevant to in-store boutique operations.
- Support and coordinate the bi-annual physical inventory process.
- Develop and manage client service excellence programs for boutiques.
- Network and develop operational best practices within the retail network and corporate personnel.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal and external vendors and service providers.
- Perform special projects as designated by Senior Management.
- Coordinate and recommend guidelines and training tools for boutique and regional managers to enhance product selling strategies.
- Serve as the point of contact between boutique managers and home office support personnel.
- Participate actively in boutique visits and physical inventories.
- Report on and implement adjustments to boutique KPI productivity on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Act as a communication filter to ensure essential information is conveyed to the retail network.
- Coordinate and facilitate after-sales service maintenance.
- Conduct intermittent boutique internal control audits and excellence visits.
- Analyze new omni-channel and distance sales approaches, focusing on Click-From-Store and outreach activities.
- Manage the operations budget, including boutique expenses, incentives, and uniforms.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail field and/or retail operations with register systems.
- 1-2 years of inventory management and/or store management experience.
- Proficiency in retail math and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in retail field and/or retail operations experience, with at least 1-2 years in inventory or store management.
Bachelor's degree required.
Expected salary range: $120,000-$140,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
