1. Implement tools and KPIs to enhance global store operations and foster a data-driven performance culture.
2. Serve as a business partner for commercial assessments of retail business cases, collaborating with HQ Finance and local management.
3. Calculate, report, and set targets for retail KPIs; analyze products, categories, and locations to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Create, coordinate, and communicate the 3-year retail network plan, ensuring regular follow-up with stakeholders.
5. Manage global real estate commercial approvals and lease renewals, coordinating between market and Group stakeholders.
6. Lead and develop a team of one Retail Performance Analyst.

1. 8-10 years of experience in FP&A within a global organization, with knowledge of retail operations, ideally in luxury.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

1. Proven ability to develop and implement KPIs and performance management systems.
2. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
3. Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Looker.
6. Fluency in English.

8-10 years of experience in FP&A within a global organization, with mandatory knowledge of retail operations and ideally luxury.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
