- Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination between e-commerce platforms, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Collaborate with warehouse and third-party logistics providers to optimize order routing, reduce shipping times, and minimize costs.
- Manage inventory across multiple warehouses to ensure stock accuracy and availability, preventing overselling and fulfillment failures.
- Drive automation and system improvements in order management and warehouse operations to enhance operational accuracy.
- Establish and manage clear SLAs and key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates and fulfillment accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives globally.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management with global or multi-market exposure.
- Expertise in scaling e-commerce operations and managing complex supply chains.
- Strong familiarity with order management systems, warehouse systems, and enterprise logistics platforms.
- Ability to drive transformational change and process innovation with a hands-on approach.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
A minimum of 7 years in e-commerce operations management with global exposure, focusing on fulfillment and logistics partnerships.
