1. Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination between e-commerce platforms, warehouses, and logistics partners.
2. Collaborate with warehouse and third-party logistics providers to optimize order routing, reduce shipping times, and minimize costs.
3. Manage inventory across multiple warehouses to ensure stock accuracy and availability, preventing overselling and fulfillment failures.
4. Drive automation and system improvements in order management and warehouse operations to enhance operational accuracy.
5. Establish and manage clear SLAs and key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates and fulfillment accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives globally.

1. 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management with global or multi-market exposure.
2. Expertise in scaling e-commerce operations and managing complex supply chains.
3. Strong familiarity with order management systems, warehouse systems, and enterprise logistics platforms.

A minimum of 7 years in e-commerce operations management with global exposure, focusing on fulfillment and logistics partnerships.
