Montblanc Senior Manager of E-Commerce Merchandise Planning

- Lead and manage sales planning at regional and country levels by breaking down top-level targets.
- Oversee category planning, including core and novelties, in collaboration with the Trading team.
- Execute regular sales and stock forecasting, manage financial budgets, and reforecast in close collaboration with the Trading team.
- Drive growth strategy on predefined KPIs to maximize margin and sales, meeting yearly sales budget and stock targets.
- Manage category hindsight, buying budget, ranging plans, and product life cycle based on historic performance and anticipated future development.
- Provide warehouse forecasts, monitor product allocation with Supply Chain, and oversee stock levels and logistical processes.
- Analyze and communicate weekly reporting metrics on relevant products to the wider team, highlighting conversion opportunities.
- Support the improvement, development, and automation of existing planning reports by introducing new tools and systems.
- Lead and manage a small team, focusing on employee development and coaching.
- 6+ years of planning and/or merchandising experience in an E-Commerce environment, preferably in luxury, fashion, high street, or FMCG sectors.
- Direct to Consumer experience preferred.
- Proven managerial and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales.
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Teamworking and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft BI, Content Square, and Microsoft Excel.
- Full proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages, particularly German, is a plus.
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 6 years in planning and/or merchandising within an E-Commerce environment, with a preference for experience in luxury, fashion, high street, or FMCG sectors.
