- Lead and manage sales planning on a regional/country level by breaking down top-level targets.
- Lead and manage category planning including core and novelties in collaboration with the Trading team.
- Own and execute regular forecasting of sales, stock, and manage financial budgets and reforecasting.
- Drive growth strategy on predefined KPIs to maximize margin and sales.
- Manage category hindsight, buying budget, ranging plans, and product life cycle.
- Provide warehouse forecasts and monitor product allocation with Supply Chain.
- Analyze and communicate weekly reporting/metrics to the wider team.
- Support the improvement, development, and automation of existing planning reports.
- Lead and manage a small team, including employee development and coaching.
- 6+ years of planning and/or merchandising experience in an E-Commerce environment.
- Direct to Consumer experience preferred.
- Strong managerial and communication skills.
- Profound analytical/quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales.
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong teamworking and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft BI, Content Square.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Full proficiency in English, other languages are a plus (particularly German).
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
6+ years of planning and/or merchandising experience in an E-Commerce environment, preferably in luxury, fashion, high street, or FMCG sectors.
