Senior Manager E-Commerce Merchandise Planning

1. Lead and manage sales planning on a regional/country level by breaking down top-level targets.
2. Lead and manage category planning including core and novelties in collaboration with the Trading team.
3. Own and execute regular forecasting of sales, stock, and manage financial budgets and reforecasting.
4. Drive growth strategy on predefined KPIs to maximize margin and sales.
5. Manage category hindsight, buying budget, ranging plans, and product life cycle.
6. Provide warehouse forecasts and monitor product allocation with Supply Chain.
7. Analyze and communicate weekly reporting/metrics to the wider team.
8. Support the improvement, development, and automation of existing planning reports.
9. Lead and manage a small team, including employee development and coaching.

1. 6+ years of planning and/or merchandising experience in an E-Commerce environment.
2. Direct to Consumer experience preferred.

1. Strong managerial and communication skills.
2. Profound analytical/quantitative skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales.
4. High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
5. Strong teamworking and networking skills.
6. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft BI, Content Square.
7. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
8. Full proficiency in English, other languages are a plus (particularly German).
9. Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.

6+ years of planning and/or merchandising experience in an E-Commerce environment, preferably in luxury, fashion, high street, or FMCG sectors.
