1. Oversee Montblanc's brand expression across visual merchandising, events, retail design, and campaign execution in the UK & Ireland.
2. Develop and execute the annual visual merchandising plan, aligning with budgets and sales targets.
3. Supervise the planning and budgeting of seasonal décor, product launch animations, and marketing elements.
4. Plan and implement international and local marketing initiatives in accordance with global guidelines.
5. Organise and coordinate large-scale UK events in collaboration with the Head of Brand Communications.
6. Ensure effective communication of marketing plans and product information to Retail & Wholesale teams.
7. Collaborate with the Head of Brand Communications, Brand Director, Wholesale team, Boutique Managers, and EU/International Marketing teams.

1. Strong experience in brand management, visual merchandising, or marketing within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute successful visual merchandising and marketing campaigns.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.

3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Significant experience in brand management, visual merchandising, or marketing within the luxury retail sector is required.
