- Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Translate Montblanc's brand strategy into engaging content for social and organic channels.
- Lead editorial planning and manage global social media agency relationships.
- Oversee local market social media strategies, including those in Asian markets.
- Guide the creative process for content production, ensuring brand consistency and luxury aesthetics.
- Manage influencer partnerships from concept to content delivery.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
- Direct on-site content production for events and real-time coverage.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, focusing on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Manage the global content and social media budget efficiently.
- Protect and manage the brand's social media reputation through community management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Brand Communications or Social Media, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proven success in driving engagement and brand relevance through social media strategies.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and agency relationships.
- Deep knowledge of content strategy, production, and art direction.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Fluency in digital trends, analytics, and social-first storytelling.
- Proven success in team leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
8+ years in Brand Communications, Social Media, or similar fields, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
