- Co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
- Cultivate and develop a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
- Execute sales initiatives effectively.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
- Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within the company.

- Self-motivated with a desire for growth and challenge.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Client Relationship Management systems.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods and team management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
