1. Co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
3. Cultivate and develop a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
4. Execute sales initiatives effectively.
5. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
6. Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales and profitability.
7. Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
8. Participate in the annual review process.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales.
3. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
4. In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within the company.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods and team management.

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
