- Plan and direct the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Cultivate a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
- Merchandise products and displays effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Excellent understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across varying levels and cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations within the company.
- Highly creative and an out-of-the-box thinker.
- Self-motivated with a desire for challenge and growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Client Relationship Management systems, and Outlook.
At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
