1. Plan and direct daily sales operations of the boutique.
2. Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
3. Cultivate a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
4. Implement and execute sales initiatives.
5. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
6. Merchandise products and displays effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
7. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy with the District Manager.
8. Participate in the annual review process.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years in retail sales.
3. Proven leadership and team management skills.
4. In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
