- Co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique.
- Plan and direct daily sales operations to enhance customer service and drive store profitability.
- Develop and mentor a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives to achieve targets.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
- Oversee merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Proven ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Self-motivated with a desire for challenge and growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
A minimum of 5 years in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
