- Oversee daily sales operations within the boutique, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and boost profitability.
- Cultivate a high-performing sales team to consistently deliver a luxury client experience.
- Execute sales initiatives effectively to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and maintaining efficient service.
- Optimize product merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to forecast staffing needs and develop a robust recruitment strategy.
- Participate in the annual performance review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Deep understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Compensation will be commensurate with relevant skills and experience.
