- Oversee daily sales operations of the boutique.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and boost profitability.
- Cultivate a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing efficient service.
- Optimize product merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail sales.
- Proven ability to lead and direct others.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering internal relationships.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive for growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined by skills and experience.
