1. Co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique.
2. Plan and direct daily sales operations to enhance customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
3. Develop and nurture a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
4. Implement and execute sales initiatives effectively.
5. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
6. Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales and profitability.
7. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the District Manager.
8. Participate in the annual review process.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years in retail sales.
3. Proven leadership and judgment skills to plan and accomplish goals.
4. In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
