- Co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique.
- Plan and direct daily sales operations to enhance customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Develop and nurture a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives effectively.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
- Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail sales.
- Proven leadership and judgment skills to plan and accomplish goals.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate positive working relationships.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Self-motivated with a desire for challenge and growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
