- Co-manage the daily sales operations of the boutique.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
- Cultivate a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing efficient service.
- Merchandise products and displays effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Leadership skills to direct the work of others.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster good working relations within the company.
- Highly creative with an out-of-the-box thinking approach.
- Self-motivated with a desire for challenge and growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
A minimum of 5 years in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector, with proven leadership capabilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
