1. Plan and oversee the daily sales operations of the boutique.
2. Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and boost profitability.
3. Cultivate a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
4. Implement and execute sales initiatives effectively.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing efficient service.
6. Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales and profitability.
7. Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
8. Participate in the annual review process.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales.
3. Proven ability to lead and direct the work of others.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Expected salary range: $70,000 - $80,000, based on skills and experience.
