- Plan and direct the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Develop a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- A bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Excellent understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods markets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative and an out-of-the-box thinker.
- Self-motivated, seeking challenge and growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Client Relationship Management systems, and Outlook.
At least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
A bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Expected salary range: $75,000 - $85,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
