Montblanc Sales Manager

- Plan and direct the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Cultivate a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
- Implement and execute sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is efficient.
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Leadership skills to direct the work of others.
- Strong understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate good working relations.
- Highly creative and innovative thinking.
- Self-motivated with a drive for challenge and growth.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury goods.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expected salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
