- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients, cultivating long-term relationships through clienteling and proactive outreach.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining a thorough knowledge of Montblanc’s product categories and craftsmanship.
- Execute boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and store upkeep consistent with brand guidelines.
- Operate POS and CRM systems to process transactions, record client data and manage after-sales service and repairs.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate with the store manager on merchandising and stock allocation.
- Contribute to team performance through sharing market feedback, participating in product training and supporting store initiatives and events.
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods, accessories, watches or premium lifestyle brands (1–3 years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised, discreet client service and to develop repeat clientele.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills with familiarity operating point-of-sale systems.
- Legally authorised to work in Japan and available to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is desirable.
