1. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support at Montblanc boutiques.
2. Handle repair requests and operational tasks efficiently.
3. Engage in external sales activities and events, ensuring brand representation.

5. Assist in the arrangement and modification of in-store displays and product placements.

1. Minimum of two years of professional experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewelry, watches, or leather goods.
2. Proven track record in sales and customer service.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to build trust with customers and adapt to their needs.
5. Strong motivation for personal skill development and goal achievement.

2. Experience in external sales, particularly in department stores.
3. Proficiency in English for customer interactions.

At least two years of experience in luxury retail sales and customer service.

The position offers an annual leave of 110 days, including paid vacation, special leave, sick leave, and bereavement leave. Employees are eligible for commuting allowances up to 50,000 yen, overtime pay, incentives, comprehensive social insurance, and a retirement plan.
