- Represent the brand by engaging with customers and facilitating sales of all company merchandise.
- Master sales techniques in accordance with received training.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintaining proper cash and register documentation.
- Assist colleagues in the sales process when necessary.
- Adhere to the company's dress code to appropriately represent the brand.
- Assist customers with repairs and alterations, performing first-aid services in the boutique and referring items to technical support when necessary.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, recognizing potential in every visitor.
- Ensure each customer receives excellent service by providing a pleasant environment, combining cordiality and customer recognition with solid product knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product-related information, merchandise promotions, and available advertising materials.
- Offer discounts only under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Communicate effectively with customers (mailing, invitations, VIP events) under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Assist in merchandise processing and replenishment, participating in the reception and monitoring of merchandise to the sales floor, ensuring changes are made quickly and safely.
- Assist in inventory processes and special projects as needed.
- Comply with all boutique safety and operational procedures, ensuring their constant observance.
- Participate in the implementation of visual decoration of the boutique, assisting in merchandise movement on the sales floor and maintenance of displays, including cleaning of exposed products.
- Act as an ambassador for the company when representing it at meetings, events, charity dinners, and other work-related events under the direction of the Boutique Manager.
- Attend recommended training and development activities, both internally and externally.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
