1. Represent the brand by engaging with customers and selling all company merchandise.
2. Master sales techniques according to training received.
3. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintaining correct cash handling and register paperwork.
4. Assist colleagues in the sales process when necessary.
5. Adhere to the company's dress code standards.
6. Assist customers with repairs and alterations, performing first-aid services in the boutique and referring items to technical support when necessary, maintaining high brand standards.
7. Cultivate strong customer relationships, recognizing every visitor as a potential client.
8. Ensure each customer receives excellent service, creating a pleasant environment by combining cordiality and customer recognition with solid product knowledge and all other customer service requirements.
9. Stay updated on all product-related information, merchandise promotions, and available advertising materials.
10. Offer discounts only under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
11. Communicate effectively with customers (mailing, invitations, VIP events) under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
12. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, participate in receiving and monitoring merchandise to the sales floor, ensuring changes are made quickly and safely.
13. Assist in inventory processes and special projects as needed.
14. Comply with all safety and operational procedures of the boutique, ensuring their constant observance.
15. Participate in the implementation of visual decoration of the boutique as guided; assist in moving merchandise on the sales floor and maintaining displays, including cleaning exposed products.
16. Act as an ambassador of the company when representing it at meetings, events, charity dinners, and other work-related events, under the direction of the Boutique Manager.
17. Attend recommended training and development actions, both internally and externally.

1. Prior experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles.

4. Strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales.

High school diploma or equivalent.
