1. Achieve sales targets and maximize boutique performance.
2. Deliver exemplary customer service, including claim management and after-sales service.
3. Maintain and update the customer database in alignment with CRM initiatives.
4. Ensure optimal product visibility both inside and outside the boutique.
5. Promote high-quality products effectively.
6. Manage cash transactions accurately and conduct daily cash counts.
7. Adhere to boutique security and loss prevention protocols.
8. Conduct regular inventory controls and random stock checks.
9. Handle goods receipt, stocking, and transfers efficiently.
10. Develop expertise in a selected product category.
11. Communicate effectively within the team to foster a collaborative environment.
12. Provide accurate information for all reporting tools.
13. Maintain the boutique to uphold Montblanc's luxury image.
14. Support marketing initiatives and contribute to their success.
15. Respect organizational aspects of the shop floor.
16. Contribute to creating unforgettable customer events.

1. Retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Affinity or experience with luxury products.

2. Strong team-working spirit.
3. Proactive attitude.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Proficiency in English, with Dutch or German language skills being advantageous.

Previous experience in retail, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
