1. Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Process all sales transactions in compliance with established procedures.
3. Display merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines.
4. Assist in monthly stock takes and merchandise tagging.
5. Maintain inventory control to prevent shrinkage.
6. Provide after-sales service, addressing client returns and queries to enhance brand image.
7. Handle cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation as per company policies.
8. Develop and maintain a client database, fostering relationships with new and existing clients.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of high-end customer service standards.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
