- Manage client communications professionally, including text messaging.
- Oversee customer repairs, ensuring timely processing and communication with clients.
- Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients, adhering to CRM objectives.
- Prepare and update sales reports for management review.
- Support operational processes to ensure positive audit outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer programs and office equipment.
- Strong clienteling skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills.

1-2 years of sales experience in the retail industry.
