- Develop strong sales turnover in alignment with store strategy.
- Meet turnover targets set by the Store Manager.
- Adhere to discount policies and achieve key performance indicators.
- Welcome and manage clients according to Maison’s standards across various channels.
- Advise and convince clients, ensuring long-term relationships are built.
- Identify and follow up with new clients, both local and international.
- Invite clients to activations and events, ensuring post-event follow-up.
- Handle customer service cases according to Maison’s standards and communicate issues to the Store Manager.
- Participate in inventory management, including reception, transfer, and stocktaking.
- Ensure products are correctly handled, priced, and merchandised according to store priorities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, handling multiple categories, with familiarity in luxury retail requirements.
- Strong communication skills with clients, team, and cross-functional colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with others to enhance work processes and governance.
- Problem-solving skills with a comfort in handling complexity and ambiguity.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to maintain high productivity levels consistently.
- Digitally savvy and capable of adopting new technologies.
Minimum of 2 years in retail, with experience in handling multiple categories and familiarity with luxury retail requirements.
