1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in luxury goods, jewelry, watches, or leather sales.
2. Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
3. Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
5. Proactive in pursuing personal skill development and growth.

1. Strong passion for the Montblanc brand.
2. Experience in external sales activities, such as department store sales.
3. Proficiency in English for customer interactions.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
