1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall boutique performance.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
3. Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the boutique meets operational standards.
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following the retail signature process.
5. Record sales transactions in compliance with company standards.
6. Execute inventory tasks and report through the SOVIA tool.
7. Establish and maintain strong client relationships using the authorized Montblanc application.
8. Respond promptly to client requests and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer service.
9. Develop and maintain a customer database and handle client communications professionally.
10. Manage customer repairs and ensure timely communication of repair status.
11. Assist VIP clients and prospect new customers, following CRM objectives.
12. Prepare and update sales information and send daily reports to managers.
13. Participate in all training sessions and enhance product knowledge through self-study.

1. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
