1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall boutique success.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships using the Montblanc application.
5. Maintain and update customer database, ensuring professional handling of client communications.
6. Manage customer repairs and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
7. Prepare and update sales information, sending daily reports to management.
8. Participate in product knowledge training and complete weekly training tasks.

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
