- Execute inventory management and reporting through the SOVIA tool.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships using authorized Montblanc applications.
- Provide high-level customer service, including prompt responses to client inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and manage client communications professionally.
- Handle customer repairs and ensure timely communication of repair status.
- Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients.
- Prepare and update sales information for daily reporting to management.
- Participate in training sessions and self-study to enhance product knowledge.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and reporting tools.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar sales environment is required.
