1. Achieve individual and collective sales targets while maintaining high operational standards.
2. Process product exchanges and ensure inventory control.
3. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards within the boutique.
4. Ensure excellent customer experience by following the retail signature process.
5. Record sales transactions in compliance with company standards.
6. Execute inventory management and reporting through the SOVIA tool.
7. Develop and maintain strong client relationships using authorized Montblanc applications.
8. Provide high-level customer service, including prompt responses to client inquiries and complaints.
9. Maintain an accurate customer database and manage client communications professionally.
10. Handle customer repairs and ensure timely communication of repair status.
11. Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients.
12. Prepare and update sales information for daily reporting to management.
13. Participate in training sessions and self-study to enhance product knowledge.

2. Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
