1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
3. Assist in visual merchandising to uphold boutique standards.
4. Ensure compliance with retail signature processes for an exceptional customer experience.
5. Record sales transactions accurately in the system.
6. Execute inventory tasks and report using the SOVIA tool.
7. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through authorized applications.
8. Provide high-level customer service and promptly address client requests and complaints.
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
10. Professionally handle client communications, including text messages.
11. Manage customer repairs, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
12. Assist VIP clients and prospect new customers.
13. Prepare and update sales information, sending daily reports to management.
14. Report on visual merchandising guidelines and support operational processes for positive audit outcomes.
15. Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and engage customers effectively.
