- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Manage customer communications professionally, including text messaging and repair follow-ups.
- Assist VIP clients and prospect new customers, aligning with CRM objectives.
- Prepare and update sales reports for management review.
- Participate in all training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer programs and office equipment.
- Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
