Montblanc Sales Associate

- Deliver impeccable, client-centric service to discerning customers, consistently reflecting Montblanc’s brand standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets by utilising consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge across Montblanc categories and present merchandise with refined visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle cashing-up procedures with precision.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and executing stocktakes.
- Ensure boutique presentation, housekeeping and compliance with company policies, loss-prevention and luxury service protocols.
- Participate in boutique events, product launches and in-store promotions to elevate brand presence and client engagement.
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to close sales through consultative, relationship-led selling and effective upselling.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail for transaction handling and stock control.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude with a service-focused mindset and high personal accountability.
- Formal retail or luxury sales training is advantageous but not mandatory.

Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales; typically 1–2 years in a boutique or department-store environment preferred.
