1. Welcome clients to the boutique and introduce them to Montblanc's heritage.
2. Set exemplary standards of customer experience and performance.
3. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and assume managerial responsibilities in their absence.
4. Oversee concession operations and back-of-house tasks.
5. Monitor KPIs and drive business opportunities.
6. Manage inventory and ensure accurate till operations.
7. Maintain IT systems and ensure adherence to security policies.
8. Report and follow up on repair and maintenance issues.
9. Ensure impeccable customer service and promote the brand's CRM strategy.
10. Manage relationships with VIP customers and assist with customer service topics.
11. Promote corporate business gift opportunities.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
2. Ability to manage diverse customer interactions and maintain composure under pressure.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is required.
