- Serve as the lead brand ambassador, welcoming clients and introducing them to Montblanc's heritage.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through proactive CRM activities and digital outreach.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs individually and collaboratively within a competitive retail environment.
- Develop expertise in Montblanc's product range and share knowledge with clients and team members.
- Support the Boutique Manager and assume managerial responsibilities in their absence, including overseeing operations and driving business opportunities.
- Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp and WeChat.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and initiative-taking approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy retail environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience with diverse clientele.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end customer service environment is required.
